• Contact details: your name, email, phone number and shipping addresses
• Order details: document types, destination country, and any requirements you share from the receiving agency
• Uploaded files: photos or scans of your documents, submitted for review and quoting
• Original documents you mail to us
• Payment information, processed by [payment provider]. We do not store full card numbers.

How We Use It

We use your information only to review your documents, prepare your quote, complete your order, ship your documents and keep you updated. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who We Share It With

We share information only as needed to complete your order:

• Government offices that issue apostilles
• Shipping carriers and shipping platforms, for labels and tracking
• Our translation partner, only if you order a translation
• Service providers that run our website, forms and payments: Stripe

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Uploads and Retention

• Uploaded files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
• Digital copies of your documents are deleted within 10 days after your order is complete.
• We keep basic order records, such as your name, order details and tracking numbers, for business and tax purposes.
• Original documents are returned to you or to the recipient you choose. We do not keep originals.

Text Messages

If you opt in, we may send texts about your order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for marketing.

Your Choices
