Apostilles for Hague Convention Countries

If your document is headed to a country that belongs to the Hague Apostille Convention, a single apostille certificate makes it valid there. No embassy visit, no consulate stamp. We prepare your document, submit it to the correct office, and return it to you or ship it directly to your destination.

How the Hague Convention Works for You

The 1961 Hague Apostille Convention created one simple, standard certificate that member countries recognize. Once the competent U.S. authority attaches an apostille to your document, every other member country accepts it as authentic.

More than 125 countries now accept apostilles, including most of Europe and Latin America, plus Australia, Canada, China, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and, as of September 2026, Vietnam.

Important Information

This list reflects the official HCCH status table as of October 2026.

Coming Soon

Thailand has joined the Convention, effective February 28, 2027. Until then, documents for Thailand still need embassy legalization.

Countries may join at any time, and a few members don't apply the Convention with every other member. Please confirm with the receiving agency that an apostille is what they need.

We currently handle Hague Convention countries only. If your destination isn't listed, we're unable to assist with that order at this time.
